I think we can all agree that the last prank wasn't the best one. Still, it was better than the one where we were all lewd to each other. That was just inappropriate.
Anyways, we're still recruiting for Charms club! And I'm still taking candidates for a vice president. I have a lot of ideas, and could use a good second in command. That issue aside, everyone is welcome to the meetings! Professor Pyrites makes it so much fun, and I'm making biscuits for the next meeting! It's going to be a load of fun seriously. And no, they will not be wand shaped Rand. So, no snickering.

I owe biscuits to Donovan, which you're getting soon. And the charms club, and no Rand, I'm not making them wand shaped. And I think you know why. I'm not being the girl that hands out the dirty biscuits. That's just embarrassing.
If I'm on schedule, and I know I am, I will be forming study groups for finals right after Yule break. Study groups people! They can be the difference between an E or an O. Ok, maybe not, but still, it's always, always good to bounce ideas off of each other! Think about it. I'm going to cut down on my tutoring time, and turn some of that into study group time. I cannot get anything less mostly Es and O's. Its just not happening.
Girls night! Who is still in for it? Kinley? Eliza? I have new nail varnish.

I thought some of the costumes at the dance were most amusing. I too enjoyed the squid, that seemed to have taken quite a bit of thought, and preparation in it's construction. How nice.
Charms club is really getting interesting this year, and I think it's a good opportunity to get some early NEWTS practise in. It's never too early to worry about NEWTS. I'm all ready worried, but that's nothing new, I worry about most things. But still, it's been a good deal of fun.
I have tutoring free hours this week if anyone wants to get in some extra Herbology help, or Charms. It looks good to have extra curriculars on your resume when you leave school. Especially academic ones. My father told me that, he was a very good student, and now has a good position with the WWN. I'm building my resume too, early though. He said he waited too long, but I don't think it really mattered much.
My mother has sent me a brand new set of gray argyle knee socks, I cannot wait to wear them to the next Hogsmeade trip. I'm so looking forward to it.
